It’s mainly happens after the migration from cPanel to Interworx. After enabling the Bayesian scanning options all the newly created account have the folder “Learn spam” amd “Learn Ham”. However, migrated email account have issues with Bayesian Scanning Options.
In this case we need to manually run the following command to create the folders under the email account.
Eg: for the account arunlal@lintechops.com
~iworx/bin/spam.pex –create-folders –domain=[domain] –user=[user]
[root@lintechops mail]# ~iworx/bin/spam.pex --create-folders --domain=lintechops.com --user=arunlal
